Credits

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
The conference and workshops have been approved for CEU credits from the Division of Continuing Studies at East Carolina University as follows:

• Conference on Monday, September 13: 0.6 CEUs (6 contact hours)
• Conference on Tuesday, September 14: 0.5 CEUs (5 contact hours)
• Workshops on Wednesday, September 15: 0.4 CEUs (4 contact hours)

There will be a $10 fee to apply for CEU credit. Forms will be available at the registration desk at the conclusion of each day, and payment must be made at that time.

Continuing Education (CE)
The conference and two workshops have been approved for CE credits from the North Carolina Health Information Management Association (NCHIMA) as follows:

• Conference on Monday, September 13: 6 CEs
• Conference on Tuesday, September 14: 5 CEs
• Wednesday Workshop on ICD-10: 4 CEs
• Wednesday Workshop on Meaningful Use: 4 CEs

There is no fee for the credits. You must register for credits at the conference, and a certificate will be mailed to you after the conference.
