Contact the hotel at 800-438-5800 to make your reservation. NCHICA's room block at the Grove Park has expired, but rooms may still be available at the group rate of $185/night. Be sure to mention that you are attending the “NCHICA” conference on September 20-23 to get the discounted rate. Bed-type, sleeping room location or view cannot be guaranteed. Reserve your room early as space is limited.

Guests of the Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa must check-in after 4:00 p.m. on their arrival day and must check-out before 11:00 a.m. on their departure day.

Hotel Specials

The Grove Park Inn is offering a $25 gift card to each person who registers for the conference and stays at the hotel. There is one card per room, not per person. You can use the gift card at any of the restaurants, shops or spa at the hotel.

Attendees of the NCHICA conference can get a special golf rate of $85 during their stay (the same rate as golf tournament on Sunday). This would be available all day.

Conference attendees can get a discounted spa day pass rate of $30 on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (September 20-22). This does not include spa treatments.
