W. Holt Anderson, Executive Director, is responsible for the overall operations and strategic implementation of NCHICA goals. Holt oversees day-to-day functions, manages personnel and serves as a primary resource for members. He also coordinates and implements membership development strategies and programs. Laura Ksycewski, Projects & Events Manager, manages NCHICA's conferences, special events and projects. She also writes and distributes the monthly electronic newsletter NCHICA Update, maintains the NCHICA Web site, and produces publications and press releases. Lori Von Colln, Administrative Coordinator, is responsible for the coordination of all Board, committee and workgroup meetings. She also maintains the member database and email distribution lists, sends membership renewal notices, and provides administrative support for NCHICA day-to-day operations. Andrew Weniger, Project Manager, NHIN Phase 2, manages the Nationwide Health Information Network Phase 2 (NHIN 2) project in North Carolina. He coordinates deliverables from this project to the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, implements and maintains financial and project controls, and coordinates NHIN 2 activities with the HIE Council and committees, NHIN 2 participants and other healthcare stakeholders.
